Mom’s Coffee Cake Rolls 

Sometimes I hate myself for even knowing how to make these. They are SO damn good though!

Mom’s Coffee Cake Rolls

  1. Ingredients
    • 20 Hungry Jack flaky biscuits

    Cream Cheese Mixture:

    • 8 oz cream cheese
    • 2 tbs butter
    • 1/2 c coconut (optional)
    • 1/2 c powdered sugar
    Brown Sugar Mixture:

    • 1/4 c butter
    • 1/2 c chopped pecans
    • 1 c brown sugar
    • 1/4 c dark karo syrup
     
    Directions:
     

    Mix together Brown Sugar Mixture and spread in 12×8 baking dish.

    Flatten out biscuits on a plate.
    Mix together Cream Cheese Mixture.
    Place ~1 Tbs in each biscuit and roll it up.
    Place biscuits face down in Brown Sugar Mixture in Baking Dish!
    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes then flip upside down in serving dish
